MR. BIG EASY
Still got that mojo workin', the man with more chops than a butcher shop sharpened his talent with the Eric Martin Band on Dick Clark's American Bandstand, to a heroic crooner for the Power Rangers. Eric also joins a worldwide list of singers in Tobias Sammet's German Rock Opera, Avantasia. If that's not enough, he is the stuffing in the soul sandwich of legendary talents like Paul Gilbert and Billy Sheehan in Mr. Big, and yet in his spare time manages to jam with PJ Farley and Steve Brown from Trixter. We managed to catch up with him to discuss his level of depth in the industry.

Big personality, Big voice, and yes, he was the front man of Mr. Big. But just call him “Mr. Vocalist,” because that’s the perfect name for Eric Martin, who has spent the last few decades honing and showcasing the power of that voice…..
Eric has been touring the world over, collaborating and performing with a vast range of artists on so many projects, his musical resume reads like a novel! From the western hemisphere to the eastern, this guy has earned his reputation as one of the top respected vocalists on this globe. We managed to catch up with him for a five minute lesson on what a REAL work ethic looks like…this man doesn’t take a break, but that’s what makes him so good at what he does. We asked him about that and more, as he shared stories of the road, his multiple projects and his ever-present drive to perform, which is exactly what makes him one of the most bankable belters in the industry….
